Who we are
Club Hikari Records is an independent electronic music project based in Amsterdam, created by Wilbert Kragten. This policy explains what personal data is collected when you visit www.clubhikari.com and how it is used.

Release email subscriptions
If you subscribe to release announcements, we store your email address, where on the site you signed up, and the dates you gave consent, confirmed and (if applicable) unsubscribed.
Your subscription only becomes active after you click the confirmation link we email you. We use your address only to tell you about new Club Hikari Records releases. We never sell or share the list.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. The legal basis is your consent.
Analytics and measurement
We use Google Analytics, Metricool and Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand how many people visit, which pages they read and where they came from. These services may set cookies or similar identifiers and process your IP address and device information.
We also use a Pinterest site verification tag, which confirms ownership of the site and does not track you on its own.
Mood finder
When you use the mood finder, the text you type is sent to an AI service to suggest matching albums. Please don't enter personal information. We don't store what you type.
Embedded players and links
Pages include players and links from Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube and other music platforms. When you use them, those platforms process data under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep data
Subscriber data is kept while your subscription is active. After you unsubscribe, we keep only your address and the unsubscribe date so we don't email you again.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict its use. Email Wilbert@wdk.one. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
