Esprit de Bali

Between Paris and Bali is a concept album and immersive yoga journey that follows two strangers who arrive independently at a yoga retreat in Ubud, Bali. A French man and a Balinese woman meet not through romance, but through a shared curiosity about breath, movement, and the invisible energy that connects all living things.

Over the course of the retreat, they explore rice terraces, temples, meditation practices, and the rhythms of the island. Through yoga and mindful movement, they discover that true connection goes beyond language, culture, and geography. It is found in presence, awareness, and the simple act of breathing together.

Musically, the album blends Deep House, Sunset House, Melodic House, and Organic House with traditional Balinese instruments, including gamelan, rindik, suling flute, and kendang percussion. Modern electronic production merges with the sounds of nature - ocean waves, temple bells, birds, and jungle ambience - creating an atmosphere that is both cinematic and deeply grounding.

Each track represents a stage of a yoga practice and an inner awakening: arrival, breath, awareness, movement, meditation, flow, gratitude, and return. Designed to be listened to from beginning to end, the album becomes a moving meditation and a complete sonic retreat.

Between Paris and Bali is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and remember something essential: we are all part of the same rhythm, the same breath, and the same living energy.

Listen, stay awhile Breath
