Cercles d’Ibiza is a fusion of coincidence, movement, moonlight, and Mediterranean nights - a story unfolding across continents, quiet memories, Ibiza sunsets, and the invisible circles that keep drawing two people back toward one another.

Told through French and Afrikaans voices, the album follows Barbe, a French woman with Dutch roots, known for her fiery red curls, golden-green eyes, and unpredictable spirit, and Guillaume, a South African traveler whose deep voice carries the warmth of distant horizons. For years they have lived separate lives, occasionally crossing each other’s thoughts without ever searching for one another.

The story begins far apart. Barbe drifts through riverside afternoons and sunlit French landscapes, following intuition wherever it leads. Guillaume moves beneath vast African skies, driving long roads toward destinations not yet chosen. Seasons pass. Lives continue. Yet somewhere between memory and instinct, neither fully disappears from the other’s world.

Then, without planning it, both are drawn toward Ibiza.

The White Island becomes the center of their orbit. They arrive separately, unaware they are sharing the same island. They walk the same streets, visit the same beaches, watch the same sunsets, and move through the same golden evenings only moments apart. Day by day, their circles move closer together.

As the nights deepen, the energy changes. Beach clubs glow beneath orange skies. Cocktails linger through golden hour. Music drifts across the sea. The bass grows stronger, the crowds become larger, and the island begins to pull their paths together. Somewhere between moonlit beaches, old stone streets, and crowded dancefloors, coincidence slowly becomes inevitability.

Then finally, beneath flashing lights and the pulse of a packed Ibiza club, their worlds collide.

What follows is not a beginning or an ending, but a moment suspended in time. Moonlit swims in the Mediterranean. Warm skin and salt water. Sleepless nights. Open windows. White linen moving in the breeze. Long conversations that disappear into silence. For a brief moment, the distance that once separated continents no longer exists.

From deep rolling basslines and elegant house grooves to atmospheric synths, Balearic textures, and cinematic Mediterranean soundscapes, Cercles d’Ibiza moves like a single Ibiza night stretching endlessly toward sunrise.
