Soleil du Nord

Soleil du Nord is an ongoing musical series inspired by the island of Terschelling - a place where endless beaches, windswept dunes, creative festivals, beach cafés, and golden summer nights become the backdrop for stories about freedom, connection, and rediscovery.

Each release explores a different perspective. Some stories are told in Dutch, others in French or English. Some unfold through deep house and Balearic grooves, others through French house, synth-pop, nu-disco, organic textures, or cinematic electronics. Every EP stands on its own, yet together they form a growing collection of memories shaped by the rhythm of island life.

At the heart of Soleil du Nord is the belief that extraordinary journeys are often made of ordinary moments - a ferry crossing at sunset, a bicycle disappearing into the dunes, music drifting across the beach, conversations that last until sunrise, and the quiet realization that some places never truly leave us.

The first chapter, L'Île En Moi, follows Guillaume as he returns to Terschelling after many years, only to discover that the island has been waiting for him all along.

Every new release opens another chapter.
